Oshman Consulting and Business Development Ltd. started operating in Cambodia in 2010 after a connection was made with a Cambodian family with close family ties to government officials, active in the real estate, agriculture and education. Over time another relationship was formed with two Europeans businessmen who have been working in Cambodia for several years and are familiar with the local mentality and language.

The contribution of the local partners is tremendous because of their acquaintance with government representatives and executives from various industries. The European partners are infrastructure experts, speak fluent English and know how to navigate the various needs and promote the various projects.

Due to Cambodia's development momentum, its economy is expected to grow to be similar to the Vietnamese and Thai economies in fields such as tourism, agriculture and infrastructure. The recently opened Stock Exchange will increase capital raising opportunities which will also give impetus to the Cambodian economy.
